Exact Uncertainty, 2026
Description :
Exact Uncertainty merges a razor blade with a cloud, bringing together an object of precision and sharpness with a form that is constantly shifting and impossible to define. The blade suggests certainty, division, and the desire to make clear distinctions, while the cloud represents ambiguity, instability, and change. By containing something formless within such an exacting shape, the drawing reflects on our impulse to impose fixed boundaries on situations that remain uncertain. The work asks whether certainty is something we discover, or something we construct in order to feel in control of what cannot be controlled.
